Use iiPTV support for a reproducible player issue, content correction, accessibility concern or privacy question. The contact address is support@iiptv.app. A concise support request describing the affected workflow is more useful than a complete private playlist. iiPTV can investigate the website interface and its explanations, but cannot restore a third-party stream or change a provider's access rules.

Choose the right path for player support
An issue report for a playlist that never imported
If no channel names appear, begin with playlist loading help. Check whether you used a raw playlist URL, whether the source can be read by the browser, and whether the file contains actual text entries. A repository preview or login page can look like a source link while returning HTML instead of M3U.
Tell iiPTV support whether you chose a file, pasted a URL or tried the bundled demo. Include the approximate file size and visible error in your issue report. Do not paste a private source address simply to show that it contains .m3u; describe its structure with private parts removed.
A support request when media will not start
If entries are visible, follow playback help. Press Play, compare the demo, and note whether one channel or every channel fails. Import and playback are separate stages, so a working list can still contain an unavailable source or an unsupported codec.
iiPTV support needs the exact browser and operating system versions. “Mobile” or “latest Chrome” is not enough to reproduce an environment later. Also explain whether the playback time advances, the player remains paused, a loading indicator persists or an error appears.
An independent source is unavailable
For a broken public channel or outdated playlist entry, use the original publisher's or maintainer's documented contact method. iiPTV does not operate those media hosts. A provider may move a source, expire a token, require a particular player or temporarily stop broadcasting.
You can still tell iiPTV support if the interface handles that failure unclearly. Separate the source outage from the website behavior: for example, describe a missing error message or a control that remains unusable after clearing a failed source. That gives player support something to investigate.
Describe a reproducible player issue
Start with a small comparison
Try the bundled demo in the same browser before sending an issue report. A demo that works alongside a failing private source helps narrow the problem. A demo that also fails gives iiPTV support a shared example that can be tested without receiving your provider credentials.
Keep your issue report reproducible with the fewest steps you can. Note the starting page, input method, action and observed result. If the problem happens only after switching playlists or themes, include that sequence. Avoid changing several variables at once, because the report then cannot show which change affected the outcome.
Use a support request outline
Copy this outline into your support request and replace each field with a short factual answer:
Issue: import / playback / accessibility / content
Browser and full version:
Operating system and version:
Page: homepage / M3U player / article URL
Input method: file / URL / demo
Approximate playlist size and entry count, if relevant:
Demo result: works / fails / not checked
Expected behavior:
Actual behavior and visible error:
Steps to reproduce:
iiPTV support does not need every field for every question. For a text correction, the page and inaccurate statement matter more than playlist size. For a playback issue, the demo comparison and environment usually matter more than a screenshot of the homepage.
Remove private information before sending
Redact addresses and credentials
Remove usernames, passwords, token values, account numbers and private media addresses. Sensitive information can appear in a URL's path as well as its query parameters. Replace it with a clear label such as [private-token] in a description; do not send a usable credential as an example.
iiPTV support does not need your IPTV subscription login. Do not forward an entire playlist unless a safe, permitted sample has been specifically identified as necessary. A short structural example or the controlled demo is often enough to discuss an import problem.
Check issue report screenshots and logs
Hide the import input, private channel labels, browser address bar and unrelated tabs before sharing a screenshot. Read any console or network excerpt before sending it. Full network exports can include cookies, signed URLs, request headers and other information that is not obvious from the visible error.
Send the exact error text and the smallest relevant observation. iiPTV support can ask for further nonsecret details if needed. Retain your own original file and message copy; the public player does not provide a saved support archive or permanent playlist backup.
Content, accessibility and privacy requests
For a content correction, identify the page URL, the statement and a relevant primary source. Describe whether the issue concerns a feature, browser rule, test claim or third-party workflow. iiPTV support can then check the factual claim rather than infer it from a general complaint.
For an accessibility support request, explain the page, action, device and assistive technology involved. Mention keyboard-only steps, the control's accessible name or the message you heard if those details help reproduce the issue. A narrow screenshot can show layout, but it cannot replace the interaction sequence.
For privacy questions, read the Privacy Policy and describe which iiPTV request or processing practice concerns you. Avoid attaching unrelated account secrets. Requests concerning a third-party stream host's records should be directed to that host, because iiPTV does not control its data handling.
Security, rights concerns and response expectations
Report a suspected iiPTV security issue privately with a redacted description, affected page and reproducible steps that do not expose another person's information. Do not include stolen credentials or continue disruptive testing. For a rights concern involving material published on this website, identify the specific page, material and a contact method.
iiPTV support availability and response times are not guaranteed. Acknowledgment or investigation does not promise that a provider's stream can be repaired. The compatibility page is the current reference for supported inputs and recorded browser tests; check it when deciding whether your requested workflow is part of this version.
