Find the right fix
iiPTV help for playlists and playback
Did the list fail to import, or did a channel fail to play? Choose the stage that matches your issue and test one thing at a time.
My playlist will not import
Check what the URL returns, browser access restrictions, file structure and relative addresses.
My channel will not play
A list imported successfully? Check the stream, referenced resources, codec support and Play action.
iiPTV help starts with the stage that failed. If there is no channel list, investigate playlist access and readable text. If channel names appear but media will not start, investigate the selected stream and browser playback. This page explains how to choose the right player help article, make a useful comparison and send a redacted report. iiPTV help can often narrow the issue without editing the list or sharing a private source.
On this page: identify the stage, compare the demo, check inputs, check media, report, and protect data.
Choose player help for the failed stage
Open playlist loading help when import produces no channel names or reports a file or network error. This playlist help article checks raw URLs, local text, relative paths and the import limits. A source page may open in another tab while still returning content the importer cannot use.
Open IPTV playback help when names are already visible but one or more channels will not play. Import has succeeded at that point. Reimporting an unchanged list does not repair an expired media address, unsupported codec or provider restriction. iiPTV help keeps these stages separate so you can change the variable most closely connected to the observed failure.
Use a demo comparison for player help
Try iiPTV's bundled demo in the same browser and network environment. Note whether it imports, whether Play starts media and whether playback time advances. If the demo works while your source fails, you have a useful baseline for playback help focused on the independent source. If it also fails, you have a shared example that support can reproduce without your subscription credentials.
A loading indicator, paused frame and black screen are different observations. Player help is more effective when you describe what happened after a specific action. Change one thing at a time, such as the selected channel, instead of simultaneously replacing the source, browser and network. Demo success applies to that controlled sample and environment; it does not certify every third-party channel.
Check inputs with playlist help
iiPTV accepts local .m3u, .m3u8 and .txt text files, or a direct HTTPS playlist URL. The current import boundaries are 5 MiB and 10,000 entries. During M3U import troubleshooting, reduce an oversized list to a smaller documented source or a permitted copy. Renaming an HTML response does not make it a playlist, and renaming a large file does not reduce its size.
A remote host must allow the browser to read its response. A login screen, GitHub preview or expired link requires a different documented address, not repeated retries. iiPTV help cannot alter CORS policy or add provider-specific authentication. Use Compatibility to check the direct-browser workflow before assuming a native application's successful request proves the web input should work.
Check playback requirements with player help
For playback help after import, select one authorized channel and press Play. Browsers can pause automatic playback until you interact. The selected source needs genuine HTTPS access and media your environment can decode. An MP4 container or HLS manifest does not guarantee universal audio and video codec support.
HLS can depend on multiple manifests, segments and required resources. The first response may succeed while a later request fails. iiPTV uses available native HLS support or hls.js when its capability check succeeds, and does not provide a proxy or transcoding service. For player help involving a particular device, include the exact browser and operating system versions. The compatibility record distinguishes implemented paths, tested samples and environments not yet tested.
Prepare a useful player help report
Use Contact for a reproducible website issue, content correction, accessibility concern or privacy question. The published email is support@iiptv.app. iiPTV help does not include a guaranteed response deadline. A third-party channel outage should also be reported to its original publisher or list maintainer, because iiPTV does not operate that media host.
A player help report should include your input method, browser and OS versions, demo result, whether one or all channels fail, the visible error and a short sequence of actions. Explain expected and actual behavior. For a content correction, identify the page and a relevant primary source; for accessibility, describe the control, keyboard steps or assistive technology. A small repeatable example is usually more useful than a complete private playlist.
Protect source data while getting help
Remove usernames, passwords, token values and private media addresses before sending screenshots or log excerpts. Secrets can appear in a URL path as well as its query string. A full network export can contain cookies and signed URLs that are not visible in the error message. iiPTV player help does not require your subscription password.
The Privacy Policy explains direct source requests and browser memory. Imported entries are not a saved personal library; clear, refresh or close the player to remove its current imported state, and retain your original file yourself. Theme and language preferences are separate. iiPTV help can clarify the website's behavior, while requests about an independent source host's records belong with that host.
